As a general rule we say that large custom orders (complete cage sets) take 2-3 weeks from the time that payment and details are received.  Many times orders take less time than this, depending on how many pieces you are ordering and how many orders come in at a time.

Single items and smaller orders (embroidery items) are usually sent out within a week unless it is during a holiday or busy season.

 

We are happy to answer emails if you need to know if something can be processed quickly.

We are happy to make custom sets from specific fabrics. We will accept shipment of cotton prints for custom work but we do not accept shipments of fleece. If you would like to send in a cotton print we will be happy to match up a high quality antipill fleece (and or sherpa) and get your approval before we begin work.

 

Any leftover cotton fabric that you sent will be shipped back to you with your order. We do calculate a discount into the order if you are sending in cotton. This is based on the calculation we have used to price our products.
